Right of withdrawal 

At Bahique we love our own creations and hope you will feel the same. As long as you’re happy. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you can send unworn merchandise in resalable condition back to Bahique. This can be done within 14  calendar days as of the receipt of the goods. Our protocol is totally in line with the new extensions of the right of withdrawal. When you as a consumer excise the right of withdrawal  we will refund the total amount within 30 days.

Original state of the returning good

The requirement for the product to be returned in its original state forms an essential condition for exercising of the right of withdrawal. For this purpose, we recommend using appropriate external packaging that prevents the original packaging being damaged, or altered in any way. The product must also be accompanied by all its original components (stones, bracelets,other components ). Any shipment received that contravenes the procedure laid down in the Code of Consumption will be rejected and returned to the sender along with any relevant handling expenses.The right of withdrawal is is based on the returning of goods in their original state. This  is important because you as buyer are liable for any diminished value of the returning goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Terms and cost of the returning of goods

The costs of returning the goods wil always be for the buyer, but in many cases this will be compensated by the refund of the full price and initial shipping costs that will be given back to you.

Custom made and personalized jewellery

Our custom made and personalized jewellery and items in sale can’t be returned. In order to compensate you will receive store shopping credit in the form of a shopping cheque once Bahique receives your returned item(s). The shopping cheque can only be used in our own store or online shop. The shipping and handling fees of returns are non-refundable.

  • Your full name
  • The order number that you received via mail
  • your email address and phone number so that we can reach you
  • the original billing address
  • the reason and description for return
  • please secure and enclose the item with padded material
  • make sure you insure your package.
  • An insurance on the package  is very important because if the package gets lost in transit we cannot issue a shopping credit.
